Created in 1984 by a producer from the Tarn (southern France), that cheese has a hole in its center. It has the shape of a disc, is 10 cm across, 2 cm height and weighs between 250 and 300 gr. Made with raw goat’s milk, it has a natural grey rind coated with charcoal powder and a white tender pate.
