The french craftsmen continue to create new cheeses and the Butte des Dunes is one of those. It is a raw cow’s milk cheese with a washed rind, from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais. Half-spherical, it is about 10 cm high, 8 cm across and weighs 540 gr.

Its originality is to been created for the aperitif. Taste it cut in cubes or fries with a fresh beer.
